I earned an MBA from the Monterey Institute of International Studies (Monterey, CA) in 2007. I specialized in Strategic Marketing and consulted on technology security and clean energy start-ups in and around the Silicon Valley area over the course of my studies.
In 2002 I earned a BA from Saint Olaf College (Northfield, MN). My major fields of study were Mathematics and German, and I specialized in Applied Statistics. During my third year I spent a semester studying at the Universität Paderborn in Germany.
